Friday's early evening: You're more relaxed in the weekend. Friday ends earlier than the other working days. Flexible start: You start between 7:30 and 9:00. The core times are 9:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00. 1 day Homeoffice per week: You can work 1 day a week at Homeoffice after being incorporated. 30 days vacation plus extras: you get 30 days vacation. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are half days, Rosenmontag is free and Weiberfastnacht a half day. Continuing training with support: training courses are supported with days and costs.
