Your tasks: You are responsible for coordinating and ensuring the performance and quality of planning, construction monitoring and testing services in the large-scale ABS Berlin-Dresden project. The focus is on cable deep construction, roadway, earth construction and drainage You take over the coordination of internal and external project participants and ensure targeted cooperation at the relevant interfaces You are responsible for planning and updating costs and appointments in close coordination with project management The focus is on the proper execution of the associated planning and construction contracts including active risk management. You ensure that project-related approvals of third parties and administrative requirements are complied with and necessary measures are implemented in time You coordinate the timely examination and processing of supplements and ensure transparent and comprehensible processing A further focus is on the completion of the project, including the complete compilation of the project documentation and the proper handover
