• Support of the Transit Terminal Manager and the operational teams by taking over administrative and operational activities in the handling warehouse

• Close coordination of tasks and results with the Transit Terminal Manager

• Ensuring quality requirements, including procurement, management and organization of equipment

• Planning, monitoring and control of external service providers and suppliers

• Creation, interpretation and visualization of relevant key figures for the envelope storage

• Creation of project plans and maintenance of Milestones and Deadlines

• Examination of incoming invoices

• Coordination and organisation of missions

• You have a successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or another commercial training or bring relevant professional experience in a comparable field.

• You have very good German and good English skills in word and writing

• You are safe in handling MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint

• You are convinced by your careful and conscientious way of working, your good understanding and communication skills.
