Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Location: Karlsruhe (Baden)

Your working day

• Ensure the perfect function of EC-Cash terminals in dealers or integrators
• 1st level support for malfunctions via phone or email
• Redirecting complex faults or customer requests to specialist departments
• Telephone support of customers when starting terminals
• Exchange of defective terminals and documentation of fault analysis in the system
• Checking customer data in databases and EC crash transactions in the live system

Your profile

• Completed training in the banking sector or IT sector or comparable training
• Expertise in information technology as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in a service centre
• independent and customer-oriented mode of operation
• Very good knowledge of German and pleasure and skill in customer communication
• Outstanding customer and service orientation
• Time flexibility and willingness to shiftwork, even on weekends and holidays
