Coordination and organisation of clinical studies, including scheduling, documentation, communication with stakeholders, and maintenance of relevant documents and databases Supporting students, carrying out visits and the collection and documentation of medical and study-related data Support for medical examinations and delegated medical activities, including sampling, preparation of investigations and aftercare Ensuring compliance with study protocols, quality standards and regulatory requirements as well as reporting and documentation of events Organisation and management of test medication, laboratory samples and medical devices including logistics, storage and inventory control according to applicable requirements and SOPs (standard operating procedures)

Completed training as health and nursing staffin, medical staffr (MFA), student assistant*in or comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in the field of haematological-oncological and experience in conducting clinical studies Good knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology and nursing Safe handling of the relevant regulations and guidelines of clinical research (in particular ICH-GCP, AMG and GCP-V) Good MS-Office and English skills in word and writing, combined with a structured and careful way of working
