As a service employee (w/m/d), your areas of responsibility are the restaurant and the banquet. In the role of the host you feel comfortable and manage the well-maintained handling of our national and international guests. As you take care of our guests with commitment and heart blood, we take care of you.

Check-in and check-out as well as the personal and telephone service of our guests Implementation of service and quality standards at the front office Maintenance of the customer database Cooperation with the restaurant and the housekeeping department Introduction and support of trainees

Knowledge of food and drink Good knowledge of German and English Designed guest and service orientation Careful appearance High motivation and positive attitude to service Reliability and teamability
