We are now looking for an indefinite and in part-time (at least 50 percent) a:n attorney:in (m/w/d) as an in-house counsel with a focus on risk and compliance in Hamburg, Munich or Düsseldorf. What you do with us

As an Inhouse Counsel you are central:r Contact:in for all legal questions within the firm In your role, you combine legal excellence with strategic thinking and operational implementation. In close cooperation with the managing partner, you can support the management in all matters relating to:partnership and company law Professional law of lawyers Corporate housekeeping Compliance and Risk Management

You accompany structural changes, partner acquisitions, transformations and take over the design and examination of contracts, partnership agreements, cooperation agreements, etc. You coordinate with external consultants, authorities and registers You also help us digitize legal processes

You are a full lawyer:in and have finished your two examina with above average grades. You have several years of professional experience as an in-house counsel or as a full lawyer: in an economic law firm and have gained experience with in-house processes and interdisciplinary cooperation You are safe in dealing with contract law. Ideally, you also have experience with international mandates, M&A or cross-border structures You have a high affinity for Legal Tech and Digital Tools Embossed communicative skills in German and English as well as diplomatic skills in dealing with different stakeholders are of course for you. In addition, you are characterized by a strong entrepreneurial thinking and strategic understanding as well as a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and self-responsibility Team skills. The willingness to cross-departmental cooperation and a structured and solution-oriented manner round off your profile.
