You answer questions and requests from customers by email, mail, telephone, personal and via the Citizens' Portal You collect customer master files, maintain and check them, if necessary also in the field service You process new messages from objects, container messages, -um- and -reports You support financial management in dunning and opposition proceedings

You have a completed training for the administrative specialist, for the specialist for office communication or a comparable training You are team- and collaborative You are customer-oriented and have a high consulting competence You are interested in implementing new ideas and innovations
