Your tasks: Their core task is to carry out personnel processes efficiently, customer-oriented and IT-supported. You take the monthly bill independently and responsibly. You administer the personal files and personnel measures and create documents and certificates. You advise our employees on the subject of absences, pension provision (additional care of the public service), part-time and paylines. You are the first contact person for our employees, financial offices and health insurance companies. You are responsible for the handling of the entries and exits of our employees. Your profile: You have a completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, personnel service businessman/wife). You have a training in the field of pay billing or pay tax/social insurance or bring relevant professional experience in the fields. You are safe in handling billing software (preferably SAP HANA) as well as MS Office applications (in particular Excel). You are result-oriented, strong communication, take responsibility and are happy to work in the team. You actively shape changes and introduce new impulses. Further training is open to you.
