At Vitos Marburg you will find a versatile working environment in the children's and youth psychiatry at a centrally located and at the same time in the green area in the university town of Marburg. In addition to age-specific and disorder-specific therapy offers on four stations, the clinic offers a modern form of care in the home environment with the station-equivalent treatment, in short StäB. Mobile, professionally guided multi-professional teams accompany children and young people with a treatment that corresponds to a fully-stationary therapy in terms of content and complexity, but allows a much more flexible approach, which is particularly oriented to the individual patient's circumstances. You expect a responsible activity with professional diversity:

Medical treatment within the framework of the StäB - Self-employed and professional child and youth psychotherapeutic treatment of patients incl. Integration of reference persons in the home environment

Leadership of reception, dismissal and family talks - implementation of interviews with the StäB as well as accompaniment of reception, dismissal, family and help schedule talks

Cooperation with relevant institutions - contact care to schools, youth offices, educational institutions and courts, if necessary for treatment

Conceptual development of the offer - Active design of the station equivalent treatment as well as further development of existing processes and treatment structures

Representation of the StäB to the outside - participation in specialised bodies and takeover of tasks in the field of public relations

You are a specialist in childhood and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy and want to introduce your professional experience into a new, modern form of treatment You encounter young patients and their references with empathy, patient orientation and flexibility You enjoy responsible, independent and committed work in a multi-professional team You like to think beyond classical stationary processes and want to actively develop treatment focuses as well as dealing with different disease images.
