We are currently looking for a:n team leader software development for the location in Cologne-Porz:

Team leadership: You guide our development team both professionally and disciplinaryly, promote your employees' individual development and create a motivating working environment Technical responsibility: You are responsible for the design, development and continuous development of our software solutions and ensure a high quality of code and architecture Agile cooperation: You control the cooperation within the team, prioritize the requirements together with the Product Owners and ensure a successful implementation of our Roadmap Coaching: You support your team in technical questions, promote best practices and establish modern development processes and a continuous exchange of knowledge Process optimization: You continuously develop our development processes and actively promote topics such as automation, quality assurance and DevOps Stakeholder management: You work closely with Product Management, Operations and other departments and ensure transparent communication between all stakeholders Innovation: You’re testing technological developments, evaluating new technologies and bringing impulses for the further development of our software landscape

Your personality, paired with: Your foundation: You have several years of experience in software development and have already taken responsibility for a development team Your leadership skills: You understand motivating employees, promoting them individually and achieving ambitious goals together Your technical understanding: You bring well-founded knowledge of modern software architectures, development processes and programming languages and feel at home in agile development environments Your quality claim: You place great value on clean code, automated testing and sustainable and scalable software solutions Your communication strength: You communicate clearly, create trust and move safely between technical and professional stakeholders Your way of working: You like to take responsibility, meet decisions with a wide view and continuously develop both your team and your technologies We know that you may not currently meet all requirements.
