You perform our Echo Rooftop Bar operationally and work with your team for unforgettable guest experiences You are hosted with heart and create an atmosphere that delights hotel guests and locals alike. Together with our R&B team, you develop creative cocktail and bar concepts as well as seasonal specials You ensure compliance with our quality and service standards and Marriott Brand standards The schedule design, team leadership and development is one of your responsibilities Together with the service manager, you can handle orders, goods use, inventory and business management You ask for a correct handling of the cash register system as well as a proper settlement Working closely with the kitchen, restaurant, front office and hotel management You support the planning and implementation of our bar events, afterwork evenings and thematic events You bring your own ideas and continuously develop the Echo Rooftop Bar

You ideally have a completed training as a hotel expert or restaurant specialist? You have several years of professional experience in the upper bar or restaurant area and have already gained first leadership experience? Enjoy high-quality spirits, wines, cocktails and current bar trends You work independently, organize and keep an overview at lively moments? You are the host of passion and convince with charism, communication strength and a safe occurrence? You motivate your team, go ahead with a good example and pack yourself on?
