Civil Engineer Track Construction (m/f/d)

Preparation, implementation and implementation of measures for the preparation and maintenance of routes Establishment of tender documents (professional order for architects and engineers (HOAI), contracting and contracting regulations for construction services (VOB), contracting and contracting regulations for services (VOL), contracting order for freelance services (VOF)) for construction and engineering contracts Preparation of award documents Coordination and monitoring of overall measures for building preparation and monitoring of contract performance Object monitoring incl. Instruction of the contractor and control of execution for compliance with the construction contract/engineering contract (ordering, testing, processing and commissioning of supplementary offers within the framework of the VOB and of engineering contracts) Organisation and implementation of the decrease in construction and engineering services with the participation of others in the planning and object monitoring professionally round off your demanding activity

An optimal prerequisite for this position is a completed university degree in the field of civil engineering or a comparable qualification or corresponding knowledge and skills acquired in practice You have a class B licence and willingness to travel You have very good German skills (min. level C1 to GER/CEFR) That would be desirable: Ideally, you will experience the planning, construction preparation and implementation of construction measures You have knowledge of road construction, e.g. the ZTV Asphalt-StB, ZTV SoB-StB, RStO and EBV You will also bring knowledge of contract law (e.g. HOAI, VOB) and road directives (e.g. RSA, ASR) with you.
