Machine operator

Location: Mittweida Position(s): shift / night / weekend, full time

Purpose and objective For our customers we are looking for several machine operators (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Prepare / equip machine according to work order
• Finish the machine according to plan and completely switch to the production of known series parts
• Customize CNC programs, teach robots to position
• Operation and monitoring of machinery and equipment
• Cleaning, waiting and maintenance of the machine
• Prepare tools to perform tool change/correction
• Check parts continuously according to dimensionality, quality and completeness
• Report production orders in the ERP system and in the machine occupancy plan
• Packing/storing/transporting parts according to instructions (transport work with industrial truck)
• fix simple plant shutdowns independently, report other malfunction
• Create orders for maintenance in the system
• documentation, quality control
• Keeping the safety instructions
• Keeping quality standards
• Clean the work area

Technical requirements

• Experience in the above-mentioned position or comparable activity(e.g. spanning mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics)
• Reliability and team capability
• Motivation and diligence
