At home you work in a coordinated living area – basic care, medicines, documentation. Nursing staff need planability – that is why we clearly coordinate shifts, setup types and time of travel with you. You support stationary care facilities for contiguous periods throughout Germany and are suitable for multi-week or multi-month use.

WELCHE CONDITIONS DEINE PFLEGEALLTAG BEI BIAC RELATED:

• up to 32 € per hour — reliable through each layer • Holiday and Christmas money as a clearly regulated special payment • Tax-free surcharges may be possible depending on service • Free days are tailored in the application frame in a flat-rate manner, not deleted from the calendar. • Clear agreements for operations, free days and desired layers • at least 30 days (birth additionally free) for reliable outtime in care • Depending on the location of use, biac provides a personal room, hostel, hotel or other suitable accommodation at your own expense • The costs of the agreed arrival and departure shall be borne by biac; if necessary, a vehicle may be available • Planable operational periods with pre-cleared working and framework conditions

Do I work with a fixed group of residents? Reference care is widespread in the stationary area and strengthens the supply continuity for the inhabitants:inside.

Can I also work in parttime as a examinated nursing force? Parttime is possible in principle. We'll discuss concrete models with you.

Changes the site daily? No. The work is geared to contiguous service periods in a stationary facility, not to daily local changes.

Can I choose the accommodation? No. The appropriate accommodation is coordinated with you on the basis of the place of use and the available possibilities.
