EY-Parthenon (Senior) Consultant Financial & Business Modeling - Strategy and Transactions (w/m/d)

As part of our modeling team within Strategy and Transactions in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Hamburg & Munich with a focus on financial and business modeling, you develop effective and innovative business plans and investment decisions, evaluierst new market potentials, guide values and show our customers:internal action options. You can do a variety of tasks: You will gain insight into strategic and operational decision-making processes of international companies and are responsible for developing action options. You use multidimensional financial models and analytics solutions, including in the context of transactions, restructuring, financing or cost-effectiveness assessments You work in cross-sector projects - from automotive to renewable energies - in multinational and interdisciplinary teams and gains deep insights into business relationships. Your projects include SMEs, industry and leading financial investors As a consultant, you develop sound expertise and take first responsibility for project progress. As a senior consultant, you can develop your team leadership skills in a performance-oriented environment You can improve your skills and soft skills through extensive training, continuing professional qualifications, or even through an international application

You have successfully completed your economic studies and brings great interest in corporate finance and transactions You will preferably address questions and problems structured and data-based. You have great interest in supporting strategic decisions of our customers: using modern technologies for data analysis and visualization In addition to Excel, you optionally had first touch points with visualization tools such as Power BI - as well as data analyses in VBA, Power Query, Alteryx, SQL, Python or R You are interested in business plans and integrated financial models and have fun and interest to strategically advise companies based on your analyses You bring at least two years of relevant professional experience as a senior consultant You are a team player: with commitment, winning appearance and high sense of responsibility as well as very good communication skills in German and English
