We are looking for a full-time lawyer (m/w/d) for the Human Resources Management department - Arbeitsrecht und Datenschutz at the next possible time in part-time, initially limited for two years.

You take over the legal advice of the executives throughout the University Hospital of Augsburg as well as the employees of the personnel management in all matters relating to the right to work, collective bargaining and personnel representation, as well as civil servant law You review and design contracts with personnel and develop personal standards You deal independently with basic labour law issues as well as clinical guidelines, procedural instructions and recommendations You design and negotiate service agreements You represent the Universitätsklinikum Augsburg in work-court procedures With your legal expertise, you can contribute to current projects and cross-departmental working groups

Completed law-scientific higher education (1st and 2nd legal state examination) Excellent expertise in collective and individual labour law A relevant professional experience in a public service clinic and knowledge in the field of data protection is desirable. You have the ability to quickly familiarize themselves with new, complex facts, to analyze themes and to lead them to constructive, pragmatic solutions. You work independently and profit-oriented, have a rapid understanding, a clear service orientation and a safe occurrence You control a clear, convincing and binding communication aimed at achieving constructive solutions.
