Project Management (w/m/d) for technical building equipment full-time or part-time at the location of the Asklepios Clinics in Hamburg

Project manager: You are responsible for meeting the project-related targets for ASKLEPIOS technical hospital construction projects Controlling: You are responsible for the cost, quality and time controlling as well as contract management Guided tour: You run the external project team as well as all project participants through all performance phases of the HOAI Technical advice and concept development: You are competent:r Contact person:in our client:inside for technical questions about all HOAI plant groups in the clinic landscape and develop building standards for technical infrastructures in acute, psychiatric and rehabilitation clinics as well as medical care centres Quality assurance Technical building equipment: You check the planning and execution of the external TGA engineering offices

Successfully completed engineering studies (FH/TU) Hospital engineering or comparable qualification Funded knowledge of VOB, HOAI, AHO, and public procurement law Basic knowledge of TGA cost values and CAD Joy of independent work, willingness to perform and team spirit High understanding, analytical and networked thinking, readiness for learning and training Good communication skills Experience in hospital building Insufficient professional practice in project management and project management as well as in the preparation and planning of technically demanding construction projects
