(m/w/d) Healthcareer About us In the West something new – surrounded by small gardens and smaller parks lies our home network road in Lurup. 22 people with different disabilities and assistance needs live on two floors. We are currently redirecting the Hausgemeinschaft Netzstraße. With a dedicated team of assistance and a motivated team, we are refocusing our location and assistance. The focus is on the balance between educational and nursing work: On the one hand, the individual assistance planning, which summarizes the client's own goals, ideas and needs and forms the basis of our work. On the other hand, everyday assistance, which focuses on personal needs and nursing support in everyday life.

Depending on the work area, you can flexibly engage in an outpatient setting, provide assistance in a home community or in one of our jobs. You create the resource-oriented assistance planning together with our clients and, based on this, organize staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services in the team. They provide assistance in various internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, shopping together, accompaniment in everyday and leisure activities. They use procedures of supported communication and technical assistance. They support everyday assistance and primary care activities (body care and hygiene).

They are curative teachersin, educatorsin, curative teachersin, social pedagogical assistantin or have a comparable educational qualification, with professional experience in integration assistance (SGB IX) Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion of people with disabilities Assessment and sensitivity for the needs of clients Open and clear communication Structured, independent and self-reflected working methods High motivation for teamwork, creativity and spontaneity in everyday design Interest in continuous, professional training and further development Willingness to work in shiftwork The mission of our foundation reflects our Christian self-image and forms the basis of your action.
