To build one of Germany's most ambitious hotel building programs – with around 20 hotel projects in the Rhine-Main area and a project volume of about 20 million. Euro per project over the next four years – we are not looking for classic administrators at the closest possible time, but a leading personality that actively seeks responsibility and delivers exceptional results.

General project management: Technical, economic and organizational overall responsibility for several hotel-size projects in modular key construction from contract closure to handover. Leadership & Management: Discipline and professional leadership of project teams, construction managers and specialist planners as well as coordination of all internal and external stakeholders. Economic Responsibility: Consistent Budget, Date, Quality and Result Controlling including professional follow-up and risk management. Interface management: Close coordination and interconnection of the construction projects with the internal areas of production, logistics and assembly. Stakeholder Management: Sovereign Negotiation Guide and professional support of demanding builders, investors and general planners.

Foundation: Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or economic engineering (construction). Experience: At least 10 years of detectable professional experience in managing turnkey hotel construction or comparable complex large-scale projects. Expertise: In-depth knowledge in building law (VOB/B), in project controlling as well as a pronounced economic understanding. Personality: Implementive, decision-making entrepreneurial personality with high resilience, enforcement strength and strong leadership quality. Mobility: flexibility and readiness to travel within the Rhine-Main area.
