Foreman Production

Tasks With us you do not lead a shadowy existence at the edge of production – you are in the middle and keep the threads together. You lead, initiate and support the assembly team in the daily business. You control production orders from order start to completion – including ERP feedback and status tracking. You actively work in production with: THT/SMT soldering, cable assembly, assembly and preparation. Quality, time and process stability are kept in mind – you recognize disturbances early and are targeted. You agree closely with the production line, work preparation, quality assurance, logistics and technology. You are working on new colleagues and you are constantly accompanying the team.

Qualifications You don't have to be a pre-worker, but you should know what you're burning for. Experience in electronics production: THT, assembly assembly, soldering and screws belong to your craft. First leadership experience – or the clear willingness to take responsibility for a team. Solid technical understanding for manufacturing and production processes. With ERP systems you know yourself or work quickly. Structured, independent and reliable – you keep an overview even if it goes round. You communicate clearly and directly across all manufacturing areas. Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
