You take over the overall responsibility for our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), continuously develop the system with its specifications and regularly report directly to the Executive Board Chairman – thereby providing advice on the necessary measures. You actively control the creation and maintenance of restart and recovery plans as well as emergency documentation – in close coordination with the departments and IT. You regularly plan, accompany and update the Business Impact Analysis and develop solutions for Business Continuity strategies to implement them together with the Executive Board, the departments and IT. You are responsible for setting up, organizing and monitoring emergency exercises, assessing their effectiveness and coordinating all relevant service providers in the field of emergency provision. In close cooperation with our Information Security Officer (ISB), you continuously develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and actively engage networks with external partners and associations to introduce current best practices.

You have completed your studies, ideally focusing on (economic) informatics, economics, security management, information security or comparable disciplines, or completed comparable training with relevant further education. You think entrepreneurially and analytically, work yourself into new topics and draw your attention through a strong will to design. Your communication strength, persuasiveness and conflictability help you to act safely and solution-oriented even in challenging situations – you can also come to pragmatic solutions. You have a solid understanding of IT processes, threats and risks, in particular in the context of critical infrastructures, and you can specifically assess them. You are not afraid to deal with national and international standards and standards in Business Continuity Management (including ISO 22301, ISO 27001, BSI 200-4) and the industry-specific safety standard of the GKV/PV. Ideally, you bring relevant practice experience in the BCM with or a great interest in the BCM theme. You have secure visualization capabilities and are routined in the targeted creation of reports and presentations.

You take a key role in the implementation and continuous development of a company-wide BCMS – with a noticeable impact on the safety and stability of KKH. A first version of the BCMS is already available so you don't have to start at zero. At the same time, we accompany you in the process of incorporation and give you the space to develop the system independently and to reorientate it in a targeted manner.
