Your future task

You take responsibility for your kitchen post and tax Mise-en-place, production processes and workflows with overview, organizational talent and a high degree of independence. With craftsmanship, precision and creativity, you can implement our culinary concepts at a high level and thus actively contribute to customer satisfaction. You teach Demi Chefs, Commis and trainees on your post, keep your knowledge on and keep track of a structured incorporation of new team members. You live our quality standards, work consistently according to HACCP requirements and check for an attractive presentation as well as perfect results on the cellar. Within the scope of the goods industry, you carry out orders for your area-by-area, monitor stocks and ensure proper storage. In close cooperation with the Sous Chef and Chef, you actively contribute to the development of our food concepts and participate in the design of new dishes.
