Your tasks: Responsible acceptance of the object monitoring as a total project manager:in accordance with LP 8, § 33 HOAI Building specialized project teams around large-scale projects including hospitals and data centers as well as their professional leadership Economic management of construction projects and coordination of internal and external project participants Superior project responsibility and monitoring of dates, project budgets and quality standards Responsibility for creating offers and active participation in acquisition activities and the acquisition of new projects Secure and sound application of follow-up and change management Responsibility for compliance with safety requirements and project objectives

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Founded multi-year professional experience in the building management or object monitoring After-white experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams Safe handling of the VOB and sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, etc.) Willingness to take over responsibility and travel to the construction sites on site in the region Very good organizational skills and enforcement strength Secure communication skills at different levels and leadership Fun in cooperation with different people, teams and tasks
