Do you have knowledge of building contract law and your interests and strengths lie in consulting and dealing with customers and other project participants as well as in negotiating situations? As a contract manager, you are responsible for various exciting construction projects. This body shall be placed in full or part-time (at least 24 h/week). Contract management with the focus on VOB contracts for complex construction projects Contractual evaluation and testing of multi-compensation claims for modified / additional works (VOB / BGB) in coordination with the object monitoring Compilation of supplementary audit reports, award recommendations and comments for the client:in Editing of contract-relevant correspondence of construction firms Implementation of follow-up negotiations with the contractors: Conducting regular meetings with the contracting entity: in the circumstances relevant to the contract of the contracting companies Control and control of processes of contract management and corresponding reporting

Complete studies in civil engineering / economic engineering or architecture At least three years of professional experience in the architectural environment Experience in contract management and monitoring of major construction projects Secure knowledge of the MS Office package and in MS-Project Impressed ability to interdisciplinary, structured thinking and acting
