This is what awaits you: As the first contact person in all HR-relevant topics, you take on the strategic and individual support of executives and employees in your defined area of responsibility Together with our Learning and Development Partners, you will advise the employees of your support area in particular regarding the long-term internal development A particularly important part of this position is close cooperation with the works council and the resulting negotiation of operating agreements Ensure compliance with labour law and regulatory requirements The further development of our HR strategy will help you actively – based on current market trends and the strategic objectives of our company You also support the implementation of the corporate strategy and support change processes to ensure modern and future-oriented personnel work

Take this with you: You have a successfully completed study with a focus on work law or personnel - alternatively you can present a commercial training with appropriate training You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a business partner in the operational and strategic HR sector You will be able to draw your knowledge of working and working constitutional law A target-group-oriented communication skills with safe and friendly appearance is one of your strengths You act customer- and profit-oriented and also have the ability to involve the overarching objectives of the company A high level of responsibility and commitment as well as loadability and flexibility complete your profile
