You are responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of shipments in the goods receipt and goods exit. You control and manage the time windows, including gate occupancy and prioritization of orders. Furthermore, you provide data relevant to the care and documentation in the logistics systems. You are in close contact with forwarders, internal coordinators and customers to ensure smooth processes. Last but not least, you analyze transport processes and actively participate in optimizations and KPI evaluations.

You have a completed logistical training or comparable qualification and are ready for a new challenge. In addition, you have professional experience in disposition, transport management or in corresponding logistical processes. With MS Office, you're going routined and generally score with a high IT affinity. As a real team player, you communicate with customers and colleagues, actively integrate them and always find solutions. You bring a strong organizational talent, work structured, show loadability in a dynamic environment and are ready to work in early and late layers between 04.00 - 22.30 hrs.
