As HR Solution Designer (m/w/d), you analyze HR and business requirements along our end-to-end processes and translate them into scalable, digital and automated solutions You develop sophisticated technical, processual and system-side solution concepts - in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders Your focus is on the technical design within our HRIS system landscape - from conception to sustainable optimization of our HR processes in close cooperation with IT and implementation partners Along the HRIS-Lifecycle (Run, React & Build), you can secure a stable operation and continuously identify potential improvements You model and document HRIS processes, create transparency and establish uniform standards In cooperation with HR, IT and external partners, you will ensure efficient processes, clear interfaces and smooth communication In addition, you contribute your expertise in HR-Digitalization projects and actively promote the further development of our HR-IT architecture

You have a completed training or study and have already gained well-founded experience in the HR and HRIS environment You have practical knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally focusing on Employee Central and Onboarding HR-Project Experience brings you with you and implements them in new initiatives and projects You are convinced by a strong IT and process affinity and the motivation to quickly work into new topics and successfully implement them Ideally, you complement your profile with knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP HCM Analytical thinkability, resilience and a high quality claim are characterized by You work in a dynamic environment, are a real team player and communicate safely and convincingly in German and English Hays stands for diversity and actively advocates opportunities and participation.
