You control and monitor the total wage and salary billing in close cooperation with our external tax advice (invoicing external) You accept the updating of personal master files and contractual changes. You have entrances, exits and resting working conditions incl. Parental time in mind and actively support the onboarding of new colleagues You contribute to the management of occupational pension schemes (insurance contracts) You maintain and process the digital time recording including the associated accounting-relevant data You independently maintain a small number of mini-job work relationships You are a competent contact person (m/w/d) for all questions concerning certificates and notifications to social security providers, professional association and pension insurance association. You create statistics, support for annual accounts and audits You actively contribute to the optimization and digitization of our personal processes. As a communicative team player, supervisors and employees will assist you in developing our modern, collegial work environment with your ideas.

Completed (personal) commercial and/or tax training Knowledge and professional experience, in particular in the area of payroll accounting and cooperation with external payroll service providers Knowledge of social security and tax law and the management of occupational pensions Safe handling of MS Office and experience with personnel management and time recording systems Structured, independent and responsible operation with high accuracy Communication strength and joy in cooperation in a small team
