Ensure building and operational safety and support in implementing and complying with statutory provisions. Complete technical or craft training, e.g. in the field of facility management, building technology, utility technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, plant mechanics, wastewater technology or electroplating, as an alternative a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience; ideally experience with chemical production facilities in the industrial environment A further development to the master, technician or specialist (m/w/d) is advantageous, but no prerequisite Founded professional experience in facility management, building management or in a comparable technical environment Good knowledge of building, plant and household engineering; Knowledge of fire protection is advantageous Experience in the coordination and control of external service providers and subcontractors Good knowledge in the areas of occupational safety, operator responsibility and energy management Commercial understanding and cost awareness Self-employed, structured and team-oriented working and organisational skills Reliability, flexibility and sense of responsibility Communication strength, hand-on mentality and pronounced service orientation Sovereign and binding occurrence to service providers, after-contractors and internal contact persons Open and constructive handling of conflicts and demanding work situations Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA are advantageous
