You are the central contact person (m/w/d) for our key account and site managers and support them in optimization processes, with your special focus on technical services You monitor all organizational measures and ensure the quality of performance - in compliance with legal regulations - You identify growth potentials and develop tailor-made strategies for successful implementation In the optimization of operations as well as in the further development of technical concepts, you have a large share In your projects, you will focus on sustainability and energy management to create future-oriented solutions

You have a training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) and/or a technical background otherwise acquired, e.g. by several years of experience in the technical facility management You have solid English skills Your high customer orientation as well as your targeted and solution-oriented way of working out Knowledge of project management is beneficial and expand your profile With pronounced analytical skills and a structured, targeted approach, you also master complex challenges You are a team player who understands motivating employees and actively promoting their further development WE BEEDS
