We provide and organise staff-centric and inclusive services for clients with mental illness, disabilities and addiction diseases in the Stormarn district of Hamburg as well as in other locations in Schleswig-Holstein.

Work in the heart of Wentorf! We are a residential house with 19 residents of up to old and colorful mixed. Our accommodation offers two floors. Our clients live in two or three residential communities. Turning and fishing point is the common kitchen and in beautiful weather the roof terrace. The biggest exchange takes place here. The individual assistance offers take place in the apartments or usually in the vicinity. There are also regular activities such as in our sports group or in our swimming group. Is that right? Overview of tasks

• Individual support for people with disabilities in their different assistance needs
• Accompanying and assistance in everyday life as well as domestic, basic and health-promoting activities
• Support for out-of-the-job activities such as shopping, cooking or accompanying recreational activities, doctor visits etc.
• Participation in the development of activities in the home, neighborhood and region
• Participation in service and case meetings and commissions
• Help in creating social space-oriented assistance plans, social reports and documentation
• Communication at different levels with clients, relatives and legal supervisors

We are looking

• A completed training as a curative caregiverin, healerin, educator*in or a similar educational qualification
• Estimation and empathy in dealing with people
• A professional approach to proximity and distance
• Experience in working with people with assistance needs
• Openness, tolerance, flexibility, diversity and humor
• Joy in work in the team and work in the social space
• Social competence, communication skills and PC user skills
• A KFZ guide ticket
