IT Expert Service Delivery OTC (m/w/d)

The Business Management department is responsible for the standardized delivery, development and improvement of the reporting portfolio. This includes communication with adjacent departments with regard to the determination of suitable key figures for the measurement of quality and stability of the operational IT units.

Ensure complete and quality-tested documentation for breakable performance in contracts of IT performance

Independent communication with participating units and requesting required documents and information

provision of contractually due evidence (e.g. supplier invoices, performance certificates)

Preparation of proofs according to current requirements and guidelines

Continuous determination of medium consumption in the event of breakable benefits

Building a constantly updated overview of contractual services

Successfully completed economic studies at least. two years of professional experience or comparable training with at least five years of professional experience

Experience in billing contracts (ideally in public and/or IT services)

Embossed customer and quality orientation as well as high contractual and commercial analytical capability

Safe occurrence and routined experience in the field of contractual services

Secure handling in the field of SAP FI, good knowledge in MS Office, ideally knowledge in MS Dynamics
