Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As Senior IT Process Manager (w/m/div.) you take over the analysis and evaluation of existing IT processes, the identification of potential for improvement and the development of solutions to optimize process processes. You create and update process documentation and guidelines and perform quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with process standards. The management and coordination of IT activities is part of the implementation of new IT solutions from a process perspective to ensure the commissioning of new solutions in your task. Regular digitalization workshops on the transparency and prioritization of IT project topics are organised by you. You identify the risks and vulnerabilities in IT processes and develop risk mitigation measures. The training and support of employees in compliance with process standards and guidelines is taken over by you.

Education: completed studies in computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Experiences and know-how: multi-year professional experience in IT process management or in a similar position, sound knowledge in the analysis and optimization of IT processes, experience in the creation of process documentation and guidelines, and knowledge in ITIL Personality: convincing and secure appearance in dealing with colleagues, team-ready, motivated and strong communication Working method: systematic, structured and independent Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
