Occupational pedagogue in vocational preparation

More than 380 employees in the bbw Südhessen are strongly committed to finding their place in the job and in society with support needs. As a work instructor, you accompany the participants in professional preparation and guide them professionally in one of the 'Office & IT', 'Handwerk & Industrie' or 'Service & Nutrition' areas. In addition, you will create offers for professional orientation and preparation and perform them. You provide work-world-related and work-specific key qualifications as well as social and method skills. As part of your work as a working teacher, you work with the individual funding planning and development documentation of the participants.

You have completed vocational training in a craft, commercial or gastronomic field. For the position as a working teacher, you ideally have a training skills and already have experience in working with young people. You want to engage in working life for the training and integration of young people with support needs. As a working pedagogue, you have the pleasure of communicating your knowledge and want to share your practical experience with young people.
