Our team for Health Care advises our insurers and nursing services service- and customer-oriented. The daily work includes, for example, the processing of requests for haeus nurses, their billing and communication with doctors and the medical service.

You'll check incoming requests for haereal care on the basis of the type of care. In addition, you will guide them within the team according to your competence and support them in writing. You take information from medical regulations into our computer systems and ask the customer data.
