We offer you an unlimited employment at our locations Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Munich or Hamburg as soon as possible EPC/M, Infrastructure and Industry Projects Your duties Financial and operational project management: overall responsibility for the commercial management of large-scale projects and co-management during the execution phase, including profitability, cash flow and risk management Contract and Claim Management: Active Management of Contracts and Subsidies, including direct negotiation and management of all commercial processes Risk and strategy management: early detection of commercial, terminological and contractual risks, as well as development and implementation of countermeasures. Participation in strategic topics and improvement of commercial practice for future projects Reporting and Analysis: Creation of Executive Level Reports and Project Reporting for Internal and External Stakeholders as well as Evaluation of Project-related KPIs in SAP and other Systems Your profile Educational and professional experience: completed studies in business management, economic engineering or similar fields or alternatively a commercial training with additional qualifications and well-founded experience in the commercial management of large-scale projects, ideally in construction or industrial engineering Expertise: In-depth knowledge about EPC contract models, risk allocation, cash flow structures and claim strategies and experience with SAP, project controlling tools and complex reporting structures as well as excellent MS Office knowledge as well as good understanding of cost, contract and risk relationships in projects Personal skills: Leadership mentality with strong enforcement capability, stress resistance and entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to conduct sovereign high-volume negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers Language knowledge: Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing Flexibility: mobility and willingness to project-related operations in both domestic and, where appropriate, Foreign Your advantages Field of activity/remuneration: As a commercial project manager, you bear the overall commercial responsibility for large-scale projects (EUR>100 million) and act as an equivalent Sparring partner of the technical project and construction management – directly in the project execution.
