P&L-sponsored project management for technical and infrastructure facility management, central contact for customers, contractors and authorities Responsibility for maintenance, inspection and repair of technical installations in the supervised objects Management and operational planning of the technical and infrastructural team including Assessments, Absence and Travel Cost Processes Support for the Head of Region in disciplinary topics as well as budget planning, control and monitoring Consultation of the client to optimize the building operation and ensure agreed service levels / KPI Control and instruction of external service providers in safety regulations, quality and performance control incl. Depreciation of subcontractors Responsibility for occupational safety, compliance with statutory requirements, standards and guidelines as well as warranty tracking Perception of operator responsibility (safety and QM missions, road safety obligation) and monitoring of audits and acceptances

Completed economic or technical university studies and multiannual relevant professional experience or master/technician or long-term relevant professional experience Comprehensive knowledge in Facility Management Very good German and ideally good English skills in word and writing High reliability, accuracy and pronounced quality and cost awareness Strong customer and service orientation, safe and convincing appearance Self-responsible, independent and systematic operation with organizational capacity Enforceability, Flexibility, Teamability and High Ready-to-Use / Loadability Expressed social competence, conflict resolution and motivation Identification with corporate objectives and values, high initiative and cooperation capability Personal mobility and driving licence Class B
