Planning Coordinator - Construction Projects / CAD / Building Construction (m/w/d)

You are part of an interdisciplinary team that jointly addresses the realization of our construction projects and are key to our Germany-wide projects in high- and key construction and in our prefabricated section with You coordinate the planning of finished parts projects and turnkey execution projects, you check the plans for technically and contractually correct content and you set up plan changes and track them after You agree with external planning offices in the supply and execution phase You optimize technical solutions in dialogue with the planning and construction participants and you control and monitor planning processes and planning deadlines You are reviewing the planning in terms of quality as well as compliance with dates and the fulfilled performance plan

You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in execution planning / planning coordination, project management or in a comparable position You have a successfully completed study of architecture or civil engineering You control German (C1+) in word and font (Applicants must be fluent in German language) Ideally, you have good knowledge of MS-Office and various CAD systems (e.g. Revit) You have a high technical and economic understanding You are strong in communication, sovereign in appearance, timely, strong to enforce and have a high degree of self-initiative
