Responsible for the banking care and development of customer-enhancing reference processes as a basis for the further development of the OSPlus offer with the focus on supervisory law and reporting. holistic development and optimization of the associated processes with focus on e.g. bank technical development, process optimization, ensuring the test resistance, measurability/controlling and regulatory requirements. Cooperation with exciting central projects of the Sparkassen Financial Group with responsibility for process requirements Own-responsible development of the processes, in particular on the basis of the specifications from the “PPS standards and conventions”, as a basis for the IT development and the associated implementation of the process documentation into the process documentation tool of the Sparkassen financial group “PPS_neo”. Cooperation with different bodies of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe

Complete study of economics or vocational training as a banker or comparable qualification At least six years of relevant professional experience in the field of supervisory law and reporting Comprehensive practical knowledge in reporting or bank management Knowledge of the Savings Bank Financial Group is advantageous Teamability and problem-solving competence in terms of cooperation with different stakeholders Ability to structure and communicate complex facts or requirements Communication strength and target orientation
