They are responsible for the operational management of an area and the qualitative performance of a defined customer group They work closely with the HR department in the planning and procurement of personnel resources They promote the commitment and satisfaction of employees You work closely with your executives as well as with employees, supervisors. Customers and employee representatives together They are responsible for the planning and implementation of training for managers and employees They are responsible for achieving the strategic and financial business objectives of the area

You have a completed vocational training or a study, like with reference to the security industry They have been able to earn several years of professional experience as a manager in a comparable position You have extensive experience in leadership and motivation from our operational staff You are an excellent team player and an empathic leader They have very good communication and organizational skills You have a strong understanding of complex relationships in commercial planning and dealing with business intelligence tools
