Head of Process Technology (m/f/d)

You guide and develop the process engineering team both professionally and disciplinaryly and establish future-oriented structures for process optimization.

You bear the overall responsibility for the stability and performance of the highly automated production processes at the site.

You define the validation strategy and guarantee the permanently validated state of all processes according to IQ/OQ/PQ.

You direct technical modifications and continuous improvement processes (KVP) in a targeted manner in the regulated Medtech environment.

You control the industrialization and the transfer of new manufacturing processes and integrate them successfully into the ongoing operation.

You act as a central contact person for industrialization and coordinate cross-site technical changes.

You have successfully completed your studies in medical technology, mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field of expertise.

You have many years of leadership experience in engineering or production as well as deep industry knowledge from medical technology.

You bring well-founded practice into highly automated, regulated production environments and are versed in matrix collaboration.

You control the strategic control of engineering teams and have extensive know-how in assembly and cleanroom production.

You have deep knowledge of quality management according to ISO 13485 as well as in lean management and statistical process control (SPC).

You provide detectable, multiannual experience in the design, documentation and implementation of plant and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).

You are characterised by a strategic, solution-oriented approach, enforcement strength and a binding occurrence.

You communicate safely and confidently in German and English in word and writing.
