We are looking at the earliest possible time for the educational office in the field of education, art and archives for the support of students (m/w/d) in the educational course “Duale Ausbildung (AVdual)”

They have: • a completed university degree in social work or social education (Bachelor degree) • readiness and ability to work independently in network structures • Joy in working with young people, empathy and enforcement, reliability and discretion • Flexibility in working time design • Class B driving licence and the willingness to use the private car for service trips at cost

AVdual support is intended to help young people who acquire or improve their primary education in their individual and social development, in particular in their training. This will allow them realistic career prospects. The AVdual support is the link between school, operation and family. It is important to cooperate with the participating AVdual engineers of the school (e.g. school management team, teachers, school social work), the bodies of the educational region as well as external cooperation partners (especially agency for work, job center, IHK, circular craftsmanship, state school office). It is used at the commercial Oscar-Walcker-Schule in Ludwigsburg and at the commercial Erich-Bracher-Schule in Kornwestheim-Pattonville. An assignment to other vocational schools in the county is reserved. The area of responsibility shall include: • Accompanying and promoting young people in AVdual (including internships and transition to training) • Creating an individual funding or qualification planning for each young person and the subsequent implementation (m/w/d) in the internships as well as regular visits by the trainees (m/w/d) in the internships • Creating annual reports, evidence of use and evaluations
