Referent of the higher service (m/w/d)

in Unit E/6 – Promoting energy efficiency – to be filled in full time. The employment rate is fixed for a period of two years.

Your tasks

The area of responsibility of the body to be occupied shall include:

• Processing of energy and politically demanding questions
• Development of relevant opinions, contributions and initiatives relevant to Europe, national and national policy, as well as the technical support of projects
• independent creation and processing of strategic concepts
• Preparing the national implementation of the Energy Efficiency Act in Saarland

Your qualification

(m/w/d) must have the following requirements:

• successfully completed university studies in law (first and second legal state exams)
• experience in sector-specific legislative procedures at European and national level is an advantage
• analytical thinking and strategic skill
• Own initiative and a high level of readiness to deal with demanding legal and political issues
• strong organisational, communication and team competencies
• very good written and oral expressiveness
• safe handling of IT media and MS Office applications

The classification is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service of the countries (TV-L).The level allocation for a pay group can take into account relevant professional experience and favourable periods in the level allocation. (m/w/d) is also entitled to an additional pension and survivor's pension under equity.
