You take over the ongoing and registration-related review of the property values in our existing collateral portfolio. You carry out object visits and location analyses and create a sound and comprehensible basis for your reviews. You have a valid certification as a real estate reviewer: according to HypZert S or F or the qualification as an expert: in Level 1. You will bring well-founded experience in the creation of real estate reviews and can also judge challenging assessment cases securely and comprehensible. You work on your own initiative, analytically and profit-oriented, appreciate the team's collaboration and are interested in current developments in the real estate market and the use of digital evaluation tools.
