As a specialist for material and logistics (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning, control, implementation and optimization of internal and external logistic processes in relation to the system support center. This includes material supply, storage, spare parts and consumables management as well as coordination of transport and shipping processes. The aim is to ensure a reliable supply of workshops and training areas, to avoid bottlenecks and to make logistical processes efficient and transparent. Your tasks: Construction, control, implementation and optimization of intralogistics (stock receipt, warehouse, picking, goods exit) Ensuring timely availability of spare parts, materials and equipment Coordination of packaging, shipping and transport logistics Maintenance of ERP / warehouse management data Close cooperation with purchasing, quality management, facility management and training management Monitoring of delivery times, order quantities according to Terms and conditions complaint processing for defective deliveries Monitoring of standards in storage, safety and occupational safety Support for configuration and obsolescence management

Complete training (technical technician/master) in the field of logistics, business management, economic engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in logistics, material management or supply chain management is desirable in the military environment Experience in handling hazardous goods and customs regulations Knowledge of ERP systems, goods management and warehouse management Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good knowledge of English Embossed organizational and analytical skills High sense of responsibility and problem-solving competence Loadability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
