Specialist Easements / Permits (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible for the collection, registration and management of management rights in the network area. The coordination and negotiation with offices, authorities, corporations, private individuals is part of your task. You are also responsible for the justification of authorisations and their deletion. You are also responsible for industrial cleaning and forced auctions. You execute your service processing according to the Basic Book Cleaning Act. The planning, organization, coordination and implementation of foreign company orders to adjust the location plan. You are responsible for the preparation of management projects. Your cooperation is in demand when implementing operational organization policies.

You bring a commercial background or a technical/master degree / specialist or comparable as well as knowledge and experience in the field of activity. With the PC standard applications (MS Office) as well as process-oriented IT systems, such as: SAP 3 PM and RE are you familiar. You can have a class 3 or B.
