Within this environment, our department is responsible for personnel management for Mercedes-Benz Ludwigsfelde GmbH. In close cooperation with our strategic business partners, we are shaping staff work and thus making a direct contribution to effective management and success. Our work begins with the selection and extends through the trusted accompaniment to the targeted development of leadership personalities. This helps us to make leadership even more effective every day. Course in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication Sciences or a comparable degree course Interest in operational and strategic personnel work as well as on topics related to leadership and development of executives Own initiative, structured working and joy in actively promoting themes Creativity and motivation to participate in future-oriented HR topics Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) First practical experience in the HR environment is desirable Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Commitment and team skills
