Project Manager HR-IT / Duty Scheduling ORTEC (m/f/d)

HR-IT Project Management: Totally responsible planning, control and implementation of Group-wide HR-IT implementation projects with current focus on ORTEC and digital service planning Roll-out management: coordination of the group-wide roll-out plan including prioritization, time planning and coordination with our facilities Process design: Analysis of existing processes and development of standardized, efficient and digitally supported service planning processes Stakeholder Management: Central interface between facilities, service planning, personnel areas, IT and external service providers System implementation: Support for system configuration, testing, acceptance and optimization of ORTEC solutions Change & Governance: Accompanying training and change management measures and building group-wide standards in the field of service planning

Qualification: Completed study or comparable qualification, ideally related to HR, IT, project management or healthcare Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting IT, digitalization or system implementation projects, ideally complemented by project management certification Service planning understanding: knowledge in service planning, personnel deployment planning, hospital or care processes as well as HR systems are advantageous System affinity: High affinity for digital processes, system landscapes and the introduction of new IT solutions Communication: Safe occurrence in project and control bodies as well as experience in dealing with different stakeholders and complex organisational structures Working methods: Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods and readiness to travel within the framework of project work
