You support both our clients and our patients from the outpatient service with mental illnesses person-oriented and demand-oriented in different areas of life (e.g. living, self-care, social participation, foundation of meaning) Together with the representatives, You develop a help plan that You regularly review You create reports on the submission to the Department of Integration Assistance for (further) You design and conduct preventive counselling (social counselling) and aftercare through You design and conduct theme-centric group offers (e.g. leisure groups, psychoeducation group, social competence training group) You conduct crisis interventions You impart and bind clients to further aid (e.g. therapeutic, medical institutions) You work with the client to build new social networks

You have a degree in Social Education / Social Work (B.A. / M.A. / Diploma) You have experience in working and dealing with mentally ill people You bring knowledge of mental disorders (e.g. depression, schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, PTBS, intelligence reduction) with You possess empathy, reliability, creativity and commitment You have the pleasure of working independently You work safely with the common office programs A driving licence would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite
